Funds development, by definition, is unstable; many methods tend to start out at a nice level of revenue in the beginning and as they become established trend toward diminishing returns. Everything we do to market the ministry has to be refreshed and adjusted from time to time to get the faithful to take a fresh look and to capture an expanding audience. Ministries now have to put more energy on the revenue challenges in order to avoid prolonging their own recession.
